Renewals
Many customers have domains expiring previously in our old billing system. To renew domains NOW we must manually place a record of each domain in our new billing system to renew it. To renew any domains, you can create a Trouble Ticket: see below instructions or call us at 302.832.9700. We will need you to reference your account name and the domain name(s) up for renewal. To create a Trouble Ticket FOR BOTH billing and technical support issues, you must login to the Billing Dashboard here: https://billing.omnimodern.com Your user name is your e-mail associated with your admininstrative information on file. Your password will be a temporary password and can be e-mailed to you via the login panel if you have not logged in before.
