For just a few dollars more than our Low Profile plan, the Professional hosting plan is a robust web site hosting plan, flat out. You want this plan if you have over twenty (20) employees in need of their own e-mail address. A business your size is going to need the hard drive space and throughput to sustain the e-mail traffic you push. Remember web site hosting is more than hosting your web pages, it is hosting of e-mail, and e-mails take up hard drive space. Imagine all that e-mail on the Internet! When it is waiting to be picked up or sent, your web site host is who houses it. Your web site control panel is truely an asset when you need to manage up to (20) e-mail accounts. With it you will add, edit and delete user e-mail accounts in seconds. What is a control panel? It is a privately accessed area of your web site that comes with your hosting. You use the user name and password you select at sign-up to accesss this area. Once logged in you can review traffic to your site, create additional e-mail/ftp accounts, designate if you want them to have administrative level access and more. It is an easy to understand web interface with buttons that are intuitive with words on them like "add user". Don't laugh, everyone deserves ease in managment! Should you decide you need to delete an e-mail user account; once again you are in control. You don't need to call the office, you are empowered to make the change through the control panel at any time of day or week. The 5gb of bandwidth almost doubles what you get in our Low Profile plan but only increases your fixed cost by $4.00 per month. Here again the web site control panel means you can set up unlimited e-mail aliases, without having to contact support to create them for you. E-mail aliases give yor the ability to collect mail from many areas of your site or at phantom user accounts through one mail box.

You will have trouble outgrowing the hard drive space but if you do, you may upgrade to our Unrestricted plan for FREE. There are no additional set up or upgrade fees. No long term commitments are required, in fact no written agreement is needed.

If you outgrow your plan or you need to downgrade, we don't sock you with additional set-up fees. Just contact us to change your plan.

All e-mail accounts receive their own end user web based control panel where each user can set up autoresponders (vacation messages etc...), e-mail forwarding and their own e-mail aliases.

If you need us to set up an sql database for you there is a one time $30.00 fee.

This plan offers features that support e-commerce.

We do our part, you do yours. Here is how. Our servers run RAID, these are two side by side hard dives running on one server mirroring each other. If one should fail, the other continues to run. We now back up individual web sites, but it is always wise to keep a copy at your location or with your web design firm. If they don't keep an archived copy, you need to talk to them or swtich to us. We advise you back up your web site on your own schedule as an extra precaution. Back-ups are performed weekly and we do not guarantee your back-up will be up-to-date.
